Requirements

These are the requirements for the LDS Cub Scouts Religious Knot Patch/Faith in God award:

1.       Give FHE lesson on Joseph Smith; discuss how Heavenly Father answers sincere prayers.

2.       Give an opening & closing prayer at FHE or Primary, share feelings about prayer.

3.       Tell a story about Jesus Christ, share testimony of the Savior.

4.       Make a pedigree chart (family tree), share a family story, and discuss temple work.

5.       Write a letter of thanks to a family member or friend.

6.       Help w/ quarterly Primary activity.

7.       Write a poem, play, or short story about a gospel principle or Heavenly Father’s creations.

8.      Read the Family Proclamation, make a list of things you can do to help your family.


You can make it easy for your scouts by printing out the required materials and putting them in a folder for them to take home!
